It is Rebekah’s goal to help families get through difficult times, with superior service and client-focused results, that led to the beginning of Apex Family Lawyers and Mediators.
Rebekah Little has experience in a range of parenting and financial matters including divorce, property settlement and parenting matters, and deals in both simple and complex cases. She has appeared on behalf of clients in the Family Court of Western Australia, the Magistrates Court, the District Court and the Children’s Court.
Over the past 20 years, Rebekah gained her experience in both academic and practice based roles, working at a variety of Australian law firms in the family law, commercial, insurance and property fields.
Rebekah is passionate about assisting her clients. She is an Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practioner and is adept at exploring options that enable her clients to avoid Court proceedings where possible, and constantly strives to obtain the optimal outcome in an efficient and cost effective way.
Rebekah Little is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia, the Family Law Practitioners Association of Western Australia and Women Lawyers of Western Australia.
